Required qualified civil engineers with experience 5-7 years in construction and finishes project.
• Perform engineering duties in planning, designing and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities.
• Prepare design documentation and drawings ensuring compliance with government regulations, engineering drawings and specifications/review and approve shop drawings.
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment or labor to determine project feasibility.
• Provide technical advice regarding design, construction or program modifications and structural repairs to managerial personnel.
• Prepare contract documents and review and evaluate tenders for construction projects.
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards. Coordinate and resolve issues with site construction, procurement and engineering if required.
Requirements:
• University Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Good command of English with ability to compile reports and data in both languages Arabic and English.
• Very good communications skills.
• Good understanding of MS Office/AutoCAD/Primavera and other engineering software.
