Chief Accountant
A leading multinational packaging company, based in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, UAE, is looking to recruit a Chief Accountant to join their Finance Department, who can bring required expertise to the organization.
Requirements:
* Ideal candidates should have a professional certificate such as CMA / CPA / CIMA / CA, with 4 years post qualification experience.
* Manage & supervise the activities of the Accounts Department to ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of all transactions and guide the activities of the department staff and ensure they are highly motivated and directed to ensure compliance with the accounting practices.
* Monitor customer receivables, accounts payables, customers invoicing, L/Cs, month-end closing, preparation of IS, BS and other supportive reports.
* Enough experience in manufacturing accounting, standard costing, manufacturing variances, budgets and rolling forecasts.
* Keep an updated record of company fixed assets.
* Computer proficient, experienced in ERP system and Hyperion reporting system.
* Provide analytical support in sales margin analysis and financial guidance to the plant management team.
