Position Project Accountant

Job Description 1. Good Speaking English
2. A professional Qualification ( other than MBA , if MBA is not been completed from a recognized University)
3. Should be able to work , in any well known Accounting module such as SAP, Oracle , Peach Tree , or any other Microsoft product.
4. Should have the Understanding of work flow of a EPC contractor , and should understand project cycle, project costing and accounting.
Job Responsibility as project accountant will be the following:
1. Create project accounts in the accounting system
2. Coordinate with Project Manager for Budget of the project & Project Planner for Scheduling. ( Man Hour, Material and Construction)
3. Enter project budget , Activity wise with Consultation with FM and OM.
4. Prepare Projection for payment and collection and profitability and revise them according to Actual Completion.
5. Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders
6. Authorize the transfer of expenses into and out of project-related accounts
7. Review and approve supplier invoices to a project
8. Review and approve timesheets for work related to a project
9. Investigate project variances and submit variance reports to management
10. Report on project profitability to management
11. Create or approve all project-related billings to customer
12. Investigate all project expenses not billed to customers
13. Close out project accounts upon project completion
