Store Keeper - Qatar

Description: Job Description Accountabilities: Materials Receiving Activities 1. Checking the system for entered POs before starting the receiving process.
2. Filling data of Receipt Notifications.
3. Maintaining the Materials Receiving Vouchers copies (distribution and filing).

Materials Storing Activities
1. Maintaining detailed accurate stock report.
2. Maintaining and monitoring the materials shelf life, highlighting the slow and nonmoving Spare Parts items to his management 3. Maintaining full records of maintenance equipments, highlighting equipments’ performance and maintenance schedules.

Materials Issuing Activities
1. Perform system entries for Issuing spare parts.
2. Filling the reconciliation sheets for variable spare parts. Skills Skills:
1. Possess oral and written communication skills.
2. 2-4 years of experience in Warehouse Operations preferably experience in dealing with Spare Parts. 3. Working experience as Store Keeper. 3.
