QA / QC Supervisor - Beyout Investment Group - Kuwait

 Ensures that quality control plans as per contractors/clients expectation are followed religiously
 He/She Identifies problems pose plausible solutions and implement those solutions to achieve objectives of the project.
 Accordingly he/she plans and coordinates quality control activities and conduct sessions to explain to workers the importance of following national/international quality norms/rule/regulations.
 Establishing an on-going process to maintain quality data and defining quality audit processes
 Reviews and approves documentation reports, contractor audits and other official reports to keep as final records.
 He /she identifies quality gaps, implements reporting processes in order to track quality improvements, enhance current systems, define and prioritise high value quality projects and manages projects to completion
 Utilises profiling, quality tools and various data sources to determine causes of quality issue.
 Develops quality tools and techniques which helps in enhancing the standard or quality of the product/project
 Develop, review reports relating to quality which is used for business progress and development
 Training and articulating other department personnel regarding the benefits and need for quality checking
 Works closely with the clients as well as the business to resolve any/and or all quality related issues
 Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, safety policy
 Maintains a strategic working relationship with team and all key departments.

Should have engineering background *Knowledge of ISO 9001/2008 (QMS), *Quality Audites, Process Mapping, Process Improvement - KPI's, Root Cause Analysis, Gap Analysis. *Preferred if worked as Quality Lead Auditor *Bachelor’s degree in engineering specialization in Quality Control or Assurance will be an added advantage. *Minimum of 7 years’ experience in various quality enrichment areas. *High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer *High level of verbal and written communication skills (English essential, Arabic is an added asset). [
